These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of qrcodeapi.in and related APIs, SDKs, dashboards, QR infrastructure, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by QRCODEAPI ("Company", "we", "us"). Registered address: Haryana, India. Governing law: India; exclusive jurisdiction: courts in Haryana, India, subject to applicable law.
By creating an account, accepting an applicable agreement, integrating an API or SDK, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
The Service provides QR, API, SDK, and merchant-side order/status infrastructure. We provide tools for dynamic QR payload generation, merchant integrations, callbacks, and reporting or status metadata associated with your configured workflows.
You are solely responsible for: (a) obtaining and maintaining your own UPI/payment-provider merchant accounts; (b) complying with applicable provider terms and applicable law; (c) ensuring that all QR codes, VPAs, MIDs, merchant identifiers, session information, tokens, and other configuration data you submit are accurate and that you are authorized to submit and use them; (d) customer communications, refunds relating to goods or services you sell, chargebacks, complaints, and disputes; and (e) securing your API keys, credentials, tokens, and dashboard access.
You must not submit a QR code, merchant identifier, token, or other merchant information belonging to another person or business unless you have the necessary authorization to do so.
Where the Service requires submission of a third-party QR code, merchant configuration, or related merchant information, we may require an explicit authorization and consent step before processing the submitted information. The consent may be recorded together with the applicable consent version, timestamp, account or merchant identifier, and relevant audit information.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to provide the information and authorize its processing. We may refuse, suspend, or remove configurations where authorization is unclear, disputed, invalid, or appears inconsistent with our AUP or applicable law.
Subject to these Terms and the AUP, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service APIs and SDKs for your lawful internal business or application integration purposes. You may not reverse engineer, misuse, resell the Service as a competing payment gateway, scrape or exfiltrate secrets, bypass authentication or consent controls, or exceed documented rate limits except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
Fees charged by QRCodeAPI are for software, API access, subscriptions, API usage, and related technology services. They are not payment-processing, MDR, settlement, banking, or fund-transfer fees charged by us for processing customer payments. See the Refund Policy for applicable refund terms.
The Service may support technical compatibility with third-party payment or merchant providers. Those providers operate independently of QRCodeAPI. Your relationship with such providers, including their accounts, terms, KYC requirements, transaction processing, settlement, disputes, and service availability, remains between you and the relevant provider.
We do not represent that a third-party provider has partnered with, endorsed, authorized, or approved QRCodeAPI unless an actual written relationship is expressly stated by the relevant parties.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately for AUP violations, suspected fraud or unauthorized use, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, invalid or disputed merchant authorization, or material breach. We may also modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for settlement failures, transaction processing failures, delays, outages, or other issues caused by third-party UPI applications, payment providers, banks, networks, or infrastructure; misuse of QR or merchant credentials; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; or amounts exceeding fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service, your merchant or payment-provider account, your customers, your submitted QR or merchant information, your violation of applicable law, or your breach of these Terms or the AUP.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
