Fees charged by QRCODEAPI / QRCodeAPI are for software, API access, subscriptions, API usage, and related technology services. They are not payment-processing, MDR, settlement, banking, or fund-transfer fees.

Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds for purchased plans, API credits, or related Service fees, except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Because the Service consists of software, API access, digital services, and/or API usage, please review the applicable plan, pricing, usage limits, and service description carefully before purchase.

Payment and merchant transactions

This policy applies only to fees paid by you to QRCodeAPI for our software and technology services. It does not govern refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or disputes relating to goods or services that you sell to your own customers. Those matters remain solely between you, your customers, and the relevant payment or UPI merchant provider.
